All the imaginations you have about aircraft can be brought to life.
To build your plane’s body, you can join pieces together. To add thrust, place engines. You can design the wings and then strap yourself in the pilot’s chair to see the aircraft fly.
AIRPLANE DESIGNER
All the tools are available to make almost any type of airplane come to life. The flexible wing tool can be used to modify the shape of your wings, and you can build almost any type of airplane.
People have made space stations, dragons, and trains for next-generation fighters, WW2 warbirds, civil aircraft, and everything else in between.
DYNAMIC FLIGHT MODEL
Flight simulation at its best. The airplane’s flight characteristics are affected by every change made to the designer. Before the final flight model can be created, weight distribution, thrust, lift and drag are all calculated.
DAMAGES IN REAL TIME
Over-stress, hitting something or excessive stress can cause parts to break apart while flying. But the fun doesn’t end there. If you have the skill, you can still fly even if your wing is missing.
SANDBOX MODE
You can test your plane without restrictions. Now, the landing was not smooth. The left engine has been removed. You may decide to let the engine go into the sunset and push the throttle full-throttle.
CHALLENGES
Take a seat in the cockpit of your aircraft to see how it performs in the challenges. You will be entertained for hours by the challenges. You can land on aircraft carriers, avoid surface-to-air missiles and race through obstacles.
AIRPLANE PAINTER
Pre-made themes can be used, or you can paint each part of your bird as you wish. Your favorite stylings can be shared with your friends.
CROSS-PLATFORM ARPLANE SHARE
There are no in-app purchases to access the airplanes people have shared; they are all available to download for free from http://www.SimplePlanes.com. They can be used even if made on another platform.
CONTROLLER SUPPORT
SimplePlanes is compatible with USB joysticks/gamepads. It also provides in-game input mapping of each control surface, throttle and brakes, landing gear, camera, pausing, and more.
EDUCATIONAL
Tutorials will teach players the fundamentals of airplane design as well as the considerations required when building them.
